- All your personal information and documents will be kept confidential and under no circumstances will be shared with any party who is not concerned with the processing of your Visa application.
- Fees paid to the Embassy or VFS is NOT refundable irrespective of the Visa approval or rejection.
- We are only a Visa application processing office. Approval or Denial of Visa is solely at the discretion of the concerned Embassy / Consulate.
- Our Service charges also once paid will NOT be refunded irrespective of the Visa approval or rejection.
- When we send the documents through the logistics partner (e.g. Blue dart / Porter / Dunzo) in case the documents unfortunately get damaged or lost we are not responsible for the same.
- Under no circumstances, we will manipulate the information given in the documents given in the documents.
- The processing times for visa applications (including priority and super priority applications) are estimates only. The processing of your application is subject to the procedures and timescales of the concerned authorities, over which we have no control.
- If by any chance, the Visa gets rejected due to data mismatch or wrong information it is not the responsibility of the Visa processing office. Because we would be submitting the Visa application only after the applicant reviews and approves the data entered in the application.
